核桃壳滤料

 核桃壳是一种经脱脂、破碎、筛选等处理加工过的颗粒状，表面多微孔、吸附效果较好的滤料，也是天然的滚光材料及抛光磨料，用它做磨料不会破坏工件表面、抛光效果好等优点：

（一）抗压能力强 粒径为1.25-1.60mm的核桃壳粒，平均抗压极限为0.2295KN(23.40kgf)。粒径为0.80-1.00mm的核桃壳粒，平均抗压极限为0.165KN(16.84kgf)。

（二）化学性质稳定 不含有毒物质，在酸、碱、水中溶解量很小，核桃壳在盐酸溶液中的损耗为4.99%,在氢氧化钠溶液中的损耗率为3.8%，不会引起水质恶化现象。

   核桃壳滤料是采用优质的山核桃壳作原料,经过破碎、抛光、蒸洗、药物处理,两次筛选加工而成的一种水处理滤料。核桃壳滤料具有硬度高、耐磨损、抗压性好,抗压力为23.4kgf,化学性能稳定,不在酸碱中溶解、吸附截污能力强,吸附率为27—50%,亲水性好,抗油浸等优点。

1、运输与装卸：核桃壳在运输过程中，不得用铁钩拖拽，应防止与坚硬物质混装，不可强烈振动、磨擦、踩、砸，严禁抛掷，应轻装轻卸，以减少核桃壳破碎，影响使用。

2、储存：应储存于阴凉干燥处，防止内外包装袋破裂，防止受潮和吸附空气中其它物质，影响使用效果。严禁与有毒有害气体或易挥发物质混放，存放要远离污染源。

包装

25kg/袋，牛皮纸袋包装（或双层编织袋包装），也可用吨袋包装，按客户要求调整生产。
