2BEA水环式真空泵及压缩机通常用于抽吸不含固体颗粒,不溶于水,无腐蚀性的气体,以便在密闭容器中形成真空和压力。通过改变结构材料,亦可用于抽吸腐蚀气体或以腐蚀液体做工作液。广泛用于瓦斯抽放、冷凝器抽真空、飞灰处理中的脱硫装置、乙等易燃易爆的特除气体压缩、臭氧压缩、纸浆制造、气体回放、土壤进化、消毒、减压蒸馏、脱水、过滤、挤压、真空成型、浸渍、萃取。

2BEA水环式真空泵结构说明
2BEA系列水环式真空泵为单级单作用结构,泵由泵盖、叶轮、圆盘、泵体、轴等组成。叶轮与轴热装过盈配合,叶轮与端面的间隙由定位轴承来调节,此间隙决定气体在泵腔内由进气口到排气口流动中损失的大小和极限压力。
填料安装在两泵盖内,密封水由泵盖上的孔进入填料室,以冷却填料及加强密封效果。
当泵为机械密封时,将填料压盖换成机械密封压盖。
在前后分配板上装有阀板,阀板的作用是当叶轮叶片间的压力达到排气压力时,在排气口以前将气体排出,减少了因气体压力过大而加大功率消耗。
2BEA系列水环式真空泵关键部件,如分配板,叶轮和轴进行了系统优化设计,简化了结构,提高了性能,实现节能。采用焊接叶轮,叶片一次冲压、成型型线合理:轮毂全部加工,从根本上解决了动平衡问题。叶轮与泵轴采用热装过盈配合,性能可靠,运转平稳。叶轮焊接后,整体进行良好的热处理,叶片具有良好的韧性,使叶片的抗冲击,抗折弯能力得以根本保证,能适应载荷冲击波的恶劣工况。
