Victor EP2430 is a viscous semi-synthetic soluble cutting fluid. This product is highly chlorinated and blended from high viscosity base oil. Victor EP2430 can form a very stable emulsion with extra lubricity and EP property. It is suitable for machining a wide range of metals, both ferrous (including stainless steel and other tough materials) and non-ferrous (cuprous metals). Victor EP2430 works well in all the traditional machining operations and is able to absorb excessive tramp oils. EP2430 is provide excellent performance in replacing neat oils for the punching and stamping of thin sheet metals. It also offers excellent performance in glass grinding.
