CP series Full automatic Cylinder Screen Press is a kind of automatic flat screen press with high efficiency (more than diploid printing speed over the flat one), high quality (linear touch, more suitable for spot printing), high precision ( usually the precision of overprint is less than 0.10mm), it is suitable for printing in bulk of high precision screen productions. It is suitable for 108-350g/m2 materials, especially for paper productions (such as cigarette or wine case, toiletry case, present case, brand, poster, other paper packing production and special fake against materials etc),flower paper, soft plastic etc.

主要参数

★机器维护保养

①   上班前要清理机器上的杂物，将机器擦拭干净。对导轨、导柱、轴承等运动件要定期添加润滑油脂。

② 工件台是影响印刷质量的关键部件，防止硬物撞击，印刷时，不能把油墨。天那水等有机溶剂滴到工作台面上。

③  电控面板及按键要防止天那水、开油水等溶剂直接或间接接触而造成损坏。

④   机架油漆是保持机器不生锈，要防止天那水、开油水等溶剂直接或间接接触造成损伤。

⑤  要及时排出油雾组合器内的污水和污物。防止送入气动元件中，影响正常运作，并定期清洗杯体，在油雾组合器油杯内加入朋2润滑油。

⑥  调整限流阀时，必须先把迫紧螺母拧松后，才用手调节。机器上手柄螺丝是作定位之用，坚固定位后，无须过力拧紧。

⑦ 下班后，关掉电源/气源、并将丝网清洗干净，妥善保管.防尘/防压/防硬物刺穿。
