TA205C是高增益互阻抗放大器。可以最大化利用10 gb / s光纤通信系统，如10千兆以太网,SONET oc - 192和SDH stm - 64。和TA205B相比,TA205C可适应更宽的温度范围，-40℃ ~ +85℃​。
The transimpedance amplifier consists mainly of a transimpedance stage, a differential gain stage, and a differential 50 Ω output driver. An internal DC-control circuit is included to maintain proper data crossover points. Due to high gain of the amplifier, a differential output of 100mVp-p or larger is available with input current larger than 10uAp-p,eliminating the need of a separate post-amplifier in most applications. The amplifier is available in die form and can be integrated with PIN or APD photodetector to function as an optical receiver in 10 Gbps systems.

LD162DZ是低功耗高速光纤激光二极管驱动。设计　　通信系统如SONET oc - 192、SDH stm - 64和10 Giga-Bit 　　以太网。这个芯片可以提供的最大调制电流80毫安25 w负载　　和最大的直流偏置电流80毫安激光二极管。

​The LD162DZ is a low-power high-speed laser diode driver designed for fiber optic 
communication systems such as SONET OC-192, SDH STM-64 and 10 Giga-Bit 
Ethernet. This chip can deliver a maximum modulation current of 80 mA to a 25-W load 
and maximum DC bias current of 80 mA to a laser diode.
