膜盒微压系列压力表
膜盒微压表是用来检测微小压力的仪表。（一般测量低于60kPa的压力）。被广泛应用于
医药、供暖、气体管道、燃烧装置、空气调节及很多工业领域。
普通膜盒微压表用于测量对铜合金无腐蚀作用气体的微小压力。其共同的特点是：膜盒
材质及接头材质均为铜合金。
防腐膜盒表的特点是，膜盒材质及接头材质均为SUS316或SUS304主要用于有腐蚀的
环境中，测量腐蚀性较强气体的微小压力。
我公司对微压表的生产有着丰富的经验，产品品种、数量均为国内第一，测量范围最小
可达到0～0.25kPa 其所制造的膜盒微压系列压力表以独特的设计，可靠的工作性能及铜合
金、一般防腐、充油耐震及全不锈钢等系列的适用选择，赢得了国内外用户的广泛信赖。
Capsule gauges are sensitive instruments used in low pressure applications typically
not exceeding 0.1 Mpa. It is used in a wide range of applications including medical, heating,
gas piping, burners, air condition and many others.
The standard low-pressure capsule gauges are designed to measure the low pressure
of gas that does not corrode the copper alloy.This gauge series features a copper alloy
capsule and socket.
Suitable for accurate measuring the low pressure of corrosive gas or fluid in corrosive
Environment.
This gauge series features a SUS 316 capsule and socket.

工作原理：
微压表主要是依靠膜盒作为感应元件对压力进行测量，膜盒
分为2种，一种由两个具有弹性的金属膜片焊接而成，另一种为
单片膜片与基底座焊接（称单片膜合）。膜盒的外面焊有连杆并
接到齿轮机芯上，当气体压力传递到膜盒时，膜盒壁就会产生变
形，并随着压力的变化而变化，这种变化借助连杆，经齿轮传动
机械放大，由固定在齿轮轴上的指针将压力值指示在度盘上。
How the Capsule Gauge Works:
Capsule gauges use the diaphragm capsule as the sensing
element for pressure measurement. The diaphragm capsule is
an elastic metal sensing element comprised of two thin wall
diaphragms whose sides are soldered together to the capsule.
Whenever air, gas enters the intake port (gauge connection), it
travels into the diaphrangm capsule. The walls of the capsule
expand and contract in response to the change in pressure. This
change is then transferred to a rotating rod and arm that rest on
the outside of the capsule. The rotating rod is connected to a
geared movement through a linkage system. Connected to a
shaft, this system then drives the pointer over a dial marked in
appropriate pressure or vacuum units to provide a pressure
reading.
