油菜谷子芝麻筛分机

产品概述    该油菜籽筛分机主要由料斗、机架、传动机构、风机、筛分机等部分组成；筛网与机架采用分体式结构，便于更换各种不同目数的网筛。可以清理油菜籽、谷子、芝麻里的杂质，筛分机有两层筛网将大杂、小杂清理掉，并且带有风机可将轻杂废料清理掉。

工作原理    先将机器放置水平位置，接通电源，启动工作开关，确保电机顺时针运转后，以示该机进入正确工作状态。然后把被筛选的物料倒入进料斗，根据物料颗粒大小正确调整料斗底部的塞板使物料均匀进入上层筛网中；同时也使筛子上部的圆筒风机向筛网出料端正确送风；可以谷物中的轻杂废料清理出来。​
    筛分机的下部有四个轴承分别固定在机架上的槽钢内做直线往复运动；其中筛子的上层粗筛是清理物料中的大颗粒杂质，而下层细筛是清理物料中小颗粒杂质。
    筛分机的一侧通过活动连杆与电动机带动的曲轴或偏心轮协调工作从而完成了筛分除杂的全过程。​
    该机结构新颖紧凑、运转平稳、精巧耐用、筛分效率高。从而大大降低了劳动强度，提高了工作效率；是油菜籽、芝麻、谷子等粮食作物安全入仓，且能防虫、防霉不可缺少的筛分设备。
