1、控制系统采用日本三菱PLC、Easyview人机，日本安川伺服马达，德国SICK色标电眼，高精度定位、操作简易，内含故障显示，系统维修更简便。
2、气动零件采用德国FESTO气缸及台湾、韩国标准部件，高功能低故障使机器性能更优越。
3、传动系统采用日本原装进口IKO、NSK精密线性式轴承及精密导杆，精密度比一般轴心较高，使套色更精准，降低不良品。
4、刮刀可调节上下、旋转及斜度浮动微调，可控制刮刀印刷压力，操作简便可轻易完成精准的套色工作和达到所需求的效果。
5、在清洁、换装、调整网版时，能迅速抬起印刷板夹，操作方便。
6、人性化设计，使用方便。
