FLECK软水器原理
Principle of FLECK water softener
FLECK/pentair弗莱克全自动软水器就是将软水器运行及再生的每一个步骤实现自动控制，并采用时间，流 量或感应等方式来启动再生。

通常一个FLECK/pentair弗莱克全自动软水器的循环过程由以下几个具体步骤组成。

1、运行原水在一定的压力，流量下，流经装有离子交换树脂的容器(软化器)。

树脂中所含的可交换离子Na+，与水中的阳离子(Ca2+，Mg2+，Fe2+，…等)进行离子交换，使容器出水的Ca2+，Mg2+含量达到我们的要求。

2、反洗 树脂失效后，在进行再生之前先用水自下而上的进行反洗，反洗的目的有两个，一是通过反洗，使运行中压紧的树脂层松动，有利于树脂颗粒与再生液充分接触，二是清除运行时在树脂表层积累的悬浮物及树脂表面的悬浮物，同时一些碎树脂颗粒也可以随着反洗水排出。

3、再生 再生液在一定浓度，流量下流经失效的树脂层，将树脂还原再生，使其恢复原有的交换能力。

4、置换 在再生液进完后，交换器膨胀空间及树脂层中还有尚未参与再生交换的盐液，为了充分利用这部分盐液，采用小于或相当于再生液流速的清水进行清洗，目的是不使清水与再生液产生混合。

3工作原理
Working principle of the 3
富来全自动软水器采用的是固定床钠离子交换软化法。

固定床运行时，水流从上向下通过钠离子交换树脂层时，水中的钙、镁离子与树脂中的钠离子进行交换反应，使原水得到软化，树脂选用001×7强酸性苯乙烯阳离子交换树脂。

当钠离子交换树脂失效后，为了恢复其软化能力，用钠离子再生剂进行再生，既有顺流再生，也有逆流再生，再生剂一般采用食盐(NaCl)溶液。

4FLECK软水器选型
4 fleck softener selection
M—流量型：制备水量达到设定值时自动还原，可适用于所有的给水系统软水制备。

T—时间型：以时间为控制再生计量方式，适合用水量稳定的系统供水，最短还原再生周期24时。
T - type: time to time to control the regeneration measurement methods, the stability of the system is suitable for water supply, the shortest reduction regeneration cycle 24.
◇ 4、可供选择的设备组合：

⑴—单控单床：还原期间停止供水2小时或继续供原水(硬水旁通)。

⑵—单控双床：交替供水，一用一备型。

⑶—双控双床：交替供水，一用一备型。

⑷—双控双床：同时供水，交替再生。
(4) - double with double bed: water supply at the same time, alternating regeneration.
⑸—多控几床：三个以上树脂罐并联使用，适合大型供水系统。

注：应根据所处理的原水硬度值选型。

如属高硬度水(>8mmol/L时)，建议加大一级选型;

12mmol/L时，应采用二次软化或配合其它方法.
