混凝土养护剂又称混凝土养生液，是一种涂膜材料，喷涂混凝土养护剂是高分子材料，喷洒在混凝土表面后固化，表面迅速形成一层致密的薄膜，使混凝土表面与空气隔绝，同时可与混凝土浅层游离氢氧化钙作用，在渗透层内形成致密、坚硬表层，阻止水泥混凝土中水分蒸发，使水泥充分水化而达到自养目的。

混凝土养护剂产品介绍：
 
混凝土养护剂专门设计用于防止混凝土早期水化时的水分损失。具有良好的成膜性能和渗透性能，当喷涂在初凝混凝土及水泥浆表面时，可形成连续的无色不透水的高效养护薄膜；同时它又能渗透至混凝土毛细孔内，密封毛细孔，防止水份蒸发和水泥混凝土表面泌水现象的发生，起到很好的保水、保湿效果，促进水泥彻底水化；提高混凝土的结构强度和耐磨性能；防止“起灰”、“泛碱”现象的发生。

混凝土养护剂有养护结构构件不用浇水养护，节省人工和养护用水等优点，但28d龄期强度要偏低8%左右。适于表面面积大、不便浇水养护结构（如烟囱筒壁、间隔浇筑的构件、建筑物的立面，及灌注部分的下面等）、混凝土地面、混凝土公路路面、高速公路路面、机场跑道或缺水地区使用。

混凝土养护剂适用范围：
 
本产品适用于公路、机场、烟囱、冷却塔、高层建筑等混凝土工程及水泥制品，可取代草袋覆盖浇水养护，节约养护费用。

混凝土养护剂包装用量：
 
★ 用量：推荐涂布率为 5～7㎡/kg；
★ 包装：塑料桶，液体：50kg/桶；
★ 贮存：宜在室内阴凉、干燥、通风处保存。
