一、结构特点/Structure features：
合盛隆真空回火炉加热室主要采用全金属屏结构，变形量少、热惯性小、适合低温回火使用、寿命长、易维护。采用镍带加热器、安装简便、故障率低。真空回火炉的炉内前后均有可活动的隔热门，加热时关闭，防止热量损失;冷却时开启，构成高压气流通道，加快冷却速度。带有对流加热装置和快速冷却装置，升温时可充入惰性气体，开启对流加热装置，以实现低温段均匀对流加热，提高工作效率。快速冷却系统可有效控制工件变形量，加速工件冷却。电控系统采用PLC与可编程温度控制器的方式，实现全自动、半自动、手动三种控制方式，确保真空回火炉的操作灵活。
