一、结构特点/Structural characteristics：
合盛隆真空退火炉加热室采用不锈钢骨架，隔热屏为多层石墨毡，使用寿命长，易维护。采用石墨管加热器，易安装维护，故障率低。真空退火炉气冷系统有大功率高速电机、大风量高压叶轮、蜗壳及导流板、铜管铜串片换热器和导流装置等组成，可实现气流有换热器-风机-导流装置-工件-换热器的高速循环，以使工件得到快速均匀的冷却。加热室也可以采用全金属结构。真空退火炉电控系统采用PLC与可编程温度控制器的方式，实现全自动、半自动、手动三种控制方式，操作灵活。
