一、结构特点/Structural characteristics：
合盛隆真空烧结炉加热室采用不锈钢骨架，隔热屏为多层石墨毡，使用寿命长，易维护，采用石墨管加热器，易安装维护，故障率低;隔热屏也可以采用全金属结构，加热元件有钼片制成，加热元件沿加热室内壁呈圆型均匀布置，保证加热的均匀性，保证了长期使用不变形、寿命长。电控系统采用PLC与可编程温度控制器的方式，实现全自动、半自动、手动三种控制方式，操作灵活。

Using graphite tube heater, easy installation and maintenance, low failure rate; Heat insulation screen can also adopts full metal structure, heating element with molybdenum sheets, assumes the circular uniform heating element along the heated indoor wall to decorate, ensure the uniformity of heating and the long-term use of deformation, long service life. 1300度的真空烧结炉主要用于高速钢、冷热作模具钢、弹性合金、不锈钢、高温合金、磁性材料和钛合金的真空热处理;1600度的真空烧结炉主要用于金属粉末制品、金属注射成型制品、陶瓷、硬质合金、不锈钢纤维等材料的烧结;2000度的真空烧结炉主要用于金属制品、陶瓷等的烧结。
