机织有纺土石笼袋与铝锌合金钢丝石笼网组合时，土石笼袋需于袋口处先拉高10㎝再用同材质钢线 2.2mm双股于每一水平面及立面，每隔20~25公分穿透袋身与边框结合固定，底部四方平均撑开，向内填充土料时，0.5立方袋子需分三次填满，每填满1/3时，用同材质钢线 2.2mm拉一条水平拉力线，0.5立方袋身需有两条水平拉力线支撑以防止袋身向前突出变形；1立方袋子也需分三次填满，每填满1/3处时，相同方式拉一条水平拉力线，1立方袋身也需有两条水平拉力线支撑。
土石笼内填放现场之土、石填充物，分层回填并予以夯压，袋身内土方夯压时，可用人工夯实或用长、宽80㎝之铁片夯实（利用挖土机作业），成为柔性之护坡结构体。本工程施工结构长度允许误差率 ±5% ，袋身内的土方夯实度须达到90%，或土质密度需0.6以上。
机织有纺土石笼内土石料应填满夯实整平后，机织有纺土石笼袋封盖前，应使用较小土石料使袋顶约高出3～5㎝，再以黏扣带黏合，并以铁棒先行固定两边的角端，再行结扎边框线与石笼网封盖。
