SN8F27E20 series 8-bit micro-controller is a new series production applied advanced
semiconductor technology to implement flash ROM architecture. SN8F27E20 is RISC-like high
performance and wide operating range (1.8V~5.5V @16mips). One clock per instruction cycle
(1T) architecture will provide up to 16MIPS computation power. The device is designed with
the excellent IC structure including the program memory up to 6K-word Flash ROM, data memory
of 512-bytes RAM, 8-level stack buffers, multi-interrupt vector, four 8-bit timers, one 16-
bit timer, high performance 12-ch 10-bit ADC, 3-set inpidual programmable PWMs, 3-type
serial interfaces and flexible operating modes. There are three oscillator configurations to
select for generating system clock, including High Speed crystal, ceramic resonator or cost
-saving RC. This device also includes an internal 16MHz RC oscillator for system clock.
