2.3装置组成 Plant Components
七氟丙烷灭火装置是由灭火剂储存装置和遥控施放站、气控施放阀(选择阀)、快开阀、信号反馈装置、分配管系及喷嘴等组成。
HFC-227ea Fire Suppression Plant consists of agent storage unit, remote control releasing station, pneumatic control valve (selection valve), quick-opening valve, signal feedback unit, distribution pipe system, nozzles, etc.
2.3.1灭火剂储存装置 Agent Storage Unit
本装置由七氟丙烷储瓶、瓶头阀、止回阀、集流管、施放连接管、泄放管、泄放连接管等组成,用于储存七氟丙烷灭火剂。

2.3.2遥控施放站 Remote Control Releasing Station
船用遥控施放站由箱体、控制气瓶、延时装置、压力表等组成。用于手动操作气动释放七氟丙烷储瓶对舱室进行灭火作业。

2.3.3气控施放阀 Pneumatic Releasing Valve
气控施放阀是一种气控快开阀,又叫选择阀,其工作原理为当控制气体推动所属的气缸活塞,带动曲柄动作,使转轴旋转,即主阀处于可开启状态,在灭火剂本身压力作用下主阀打开实现灭火剂释放动作,应急时也可直接扳动施放阀手柄,从而打开施放阀,当发生人为误动七氟丙烷储瓶的瓶头阀而导致七氟丙烷误放时,由于施放阀尚处于关闭状态,可确保七氟丙烷不致误放至被保护处所。
Pneumatic releasing valve is a kind pneumatic quick-opening valve, and it also can be named selection valve. Its working principle is: when the pilot gas pushes the stopcock in its air cylinder, the crank moves and the spindle rotates, at this moment, the main valve is ready to open, and with the pressure of the agent itself, the main valve is open and then the agent is released. When it is in emergency, in order to open the releasing valve, you can pull the hand shank directly. When the HFC-227ea agent is released by the man-made mistake, because the releasing valve is closed, the HFC-227ea agent cannot release to the protection area.
