贴片钽电解电容
全称:贴片固体电解质钽电容器,也称为贴片钽电容,简称:片钽。
钽电解电容产品,都是用五氧化二钽作为电介质,在生产过程中,通过电解工艺,在钽阳极体表面生成一层五氧化二钽膜。这种膜具较高绝缘强度和介电常数,且厚度极小;钽电解电容器正是利用这个特性,使得钽电容器单位体积内所具有的电容量可以做到很大。
特别需要注意的是,当使用温度大于+ 85 ℃ 时,需使用相应的降额电压。同时,钽电容是具有极性的电子元件(其正极一般用长条标识),不能接反,否则会造成反向击穿,电容损坏。
我们主要提供以下系列贴片钽电解电容产品: 标准型、缩体型以及 Low ESR 型产品 。
