凹凸平板压花机的原理：
压花机的高频大电流流向被绕制成环状或其它形状的加热线圈（通常是用不锈钢管制作），由此在线圈内产生极性瞬间变化的强磁束，再通过模具将磁束贯通到面料表面，在面料与加热电流相反的方向，便会产生相对应的很大涡电流。由于面料内存在着电阻，所以会产生很多的焦耳热，使面料自身的温度迅速上升，从而达到对面料的烙印。该机是在老式的平板压花机的基础上,根据市场的需要,通过我们的技术人员研发生产而成。该机的特点：起压时间快、成型好、自动对接无接缝、自动进布、自动出布设计、可以根据客户的需要定制不同的花型来满足客户的需求和市场的需要。
