These disposable 10mL Pyrex glass centrifuge tubes are manufactured from Type I borosilicate glass and have a GPI 15-415 thread. They are supplied without caps. The tubes are designed to withstand centrifugation up to 3,000 RCF and are packed in convenient, easy to use packs, which are shrink-sealed for protection during shipment. Uniform glass distribution in the wall, taper and bottom of these 50mL PYREX conical centrifuge tubes provides improved mechanical strength, prevents the formation of failure-causing stress regions during centrifuging and insures the highest degree of accuracy. The durable, white enamel scale is graduated from 0 to 10mL in 0.5mL pisions, and from 10mL to 50mL in 1mL pisions. Tubes have pourout spout for easy decanting.
