白刚玉简介
白刚玉故名思议就是白色的刚玉,作为人造刚玉中的一种，颗粒外观呈现尖角形，洁白均匀纯度高。白刚玉具有硬度高、韧性稍低、防腐耐磨、纯度高、热稳定性好、颗粒洁白均匀、耐冲击的特点。白刚玉氧化铝可达到99%。质量有保证，因此更受广大用户的欢迎。白刚玉以氧化铝为制作原材料，经高温熔炼、粉碎、成型、分离杂质、加工为多种粒度的工艺制作而成，硬度比棕刚玉高一些，但是柔韧性不好。棕刚玉的硬度比白刚玉低些，市场价格远低于白刚玉，在人造刚玉中，白刚玉价格一直呈上升趋势，但是它的的使用范围较为广泛，且在使用过程中，性能非常稳定。

白刚玉的密度分析一般情况下可分两种，堆积密度和颗粒密度。白刚玉的堆积密度与磨料的大小、形状、品种等整体因素都有相关性。一般情况下粗粒白刚玉比细粒的密度大，因为粗粒堆积密度较大，细粒堆积密度较小。但是按照颗粒密度分析后，粗颗粒内部的密度是少于细粒内部密度的，颗粒密度是根据颗粒去除内部气体，计算出的颗粒密度，粗粒密度的内部空隙是比细粒内部的空隙要多。
白刚玉也可以作为耐火材料，若是其中含有杂质会影响它的耐火性能。耐火材料的杂质中有的是易熔物，有的本身具有很高的熔点，但同主成分共存时，却可产生易熔物。故杂质的存在往往对主成分起强的助熔作用。助熔作用虽有时有助于材料的液相烧结，但对材料抵抗高温作用却有严重危害。

白刚玉用途

3、电视屏幕制程中喷砂；

5、齿模之清洁喷砂；
6、精密铸造用型砂；
白刚玉不止在耐火材料、研磨材料、表面抛光、喷涂材料的范围中使用，在水质过滤的行业中，效果也是非常好的。在底部铺设几层白刚玉颗粒，净化水质的程度可达到90%。
白刚玉用于耐火材料中一般用于做骨料和细粉，它的优点是耐火度高、耐磨、耐冲刷、耐侵蚀、体积密度大、氧化铝含量高，主要用于高铝系和氧化铝系。做制品时还有高的荷重软化温度和高温体积稳定性。白刚玉的杂质决定了产品在使用过程中的寿命。由于冶炼时杂质尚未完全去除，因此白刚玉中还含有六铝酸钙、钙斜长石、尖晶石、金红石等次晶相及玻璃相、铁合金和固溶体等。
