四、挤压前的准备工作应符合下列要求：

（1）钢筋端头的锈、泥沙、油污等杂物清理干净；

（2）钢筋与套筒应先进行试套，当钢筋有马蹄、弯折或纵肋尺寸过大时，应预先进行矫正或用砂轮打磨；不同直径钢筋的套筒不得串用；

（3）钢筋端部应划出定位标记与检查标记，定位标记与钢筋端头的距离就为套筒长度的一半，检查标记与定位标记的距离宜为20mm；

（4）检查挤压设备情况，应进行试压，符合要求方可作业。
