该设备用于中料生产过程中的自动摆放芯片工序，将芯片放到振动盘上,振动盘自动将IC振动到位后,进行自动修正和搬送到位,采用XY轴相对运动的方式摆好芯片.

1.本机采用PLC程序控制，彩色友好人机界面显示及操作。机器操作、调试方便，各模块的放置位置参数单独可调，确保芯片的植入位置准确可靠。
2.双面板加工，生产效率高，单边面板也可独自运作，物料版面大小可灵活选用。
3.模块进给均有光电传感器对其实时监控,出错报警并停机。
4.可根据客户需求，选择点胶功能，点胶和摆IC 同时进行。
5.芯片翻转功能可在芯片植入前自动翻转，芯片正反两面均可摆放。

Function:
This machine is designed for precisely pick and place chips onto the fixing hole of PVC sheet automatically during the inlay production process.The vibration disk adjust and convey the chip in fixed place automatically.High-precise XY axis do relative motion to pick and place the chip in place.
