本机采用触摸屏友好人机界面操作、双气缸压力冲头随意切换进行大芯片或小芯片避空孔的冲切，伺服电机驱动进口的无间隙内置滚珠丝杆步进送料进给冲孔，步进距离参数可调，定位精度高。物料冲切版面有叁模、肆模、伍模灵活选用。

1.伺服电机送料冲孔，完成冲孔后再由伺服系统送出收集，冲孔准确、稳定可靠。
2.INLAY 片材的输送速度及冲孔位置可在触摸屏内修改伺服系统的参数轻松完成，操作简单快捷。
3.每套模具集成有同一种型号芯片的大小芯片避空孔的两种冲切冲头，只需在触摸屏内选择即可完成大小避空孔的冲切。不同型号芯片避空孔的冲切也只需要更换模具即可完成,操作简单方便。

Automatic Hole Punching Machine
Feature:
The machine is used for punching holes on IC card.Adopting the touch screen, and operated by user-friendly interface. Equipped with double cylinder punching pins which can be switched easily through the touch screen to realize the different punching sizes.Servo motor drive the imported ball-screw finish positioning and feeding, the parameter of each punching point is adjustable,with high precision. The whole process is simply and quickly.The feeding and punching methods include three-molds, four-molds and five-molds ,which can be selected flexibly.
