功能特点：

本机由继电器控制，电机驱动偏心轮使卡片夹具来回移动和扭转从而达到把放在夹具内的IC卡片进行弯曲和扭曲测试的目的。弯曲和扭曲测试的次数由计数器控制并可设，完成后自动停止。
