钢筋除锈机的操作准备：
1、自动生产前准备工作:
（1）安装漏电保护装置并可靠接地，接入380V电源 打开电源开关试运行1-2分钟。
2、钢筋校正:
两个除锈装置单元的钢丝调整部分必须紧贴 校正钢筋。
（1）预选校正钢筋：
首先确定要除锈的线材直径，预选一条直径比其他小2-4mm的光圆直线材料作为基准钢筋（如：除锈钢筋为25mm,校正钢筋就用22mm）对进料口、两个除锈装置钢丝调整部分和出料口进行校正。
（2）校正除锈装置钢丝调整部分：
将预选好的校正钢筋一次送入进料口--除锈装置正反单元--出料口，调整进料口出料口滚轮使校正钢筋为基准校正。
（3）机器出厂前22mm钢筋为基准已校正好，通过调整除锈装置钢丝调整部分微调螺母可以校正14--32mm的钢筋，如果要校正12--14mm的钢筋可以通过调整除锈装置钢丝调整部分锁紧螺母。
*注意：钢筋校正好后，必须将钢丝调整部分螺丝锁紧，不许松动。
