第四条、品质保证及售后服务
1、 乙方保证提供的设备为甲方指定设备，各项技术指标均符合设备制造商技术标准。如甲方对仪器本身质量提出疑问，可提请任何第三方国家认证机构鉴定。仪器质量合格，由甲方承担鉴定费用；不合格由乙方提供换货或者退货。
1) 从交付使用之日起；
2) 甲方享有乙方六个月的免费保修服务。
3) 以上保修服务，免除如下损坏：①人为损坏；②电源不匹配导致；③雷击；④输入大于额定功率的；⑤仪器封条被损坏。
2、 达到保修期后，甲方享有乙方的维修服务，维修费用由甲方承担。
3、在保修期内,乙方收到甲方以上仪器、设备的损坏通知，应及时安排维修处理。
第五条、甲方权益
1、当甲方在使用过程中遇到因仪器、设备引起的技术问题时，乙方提供力所能及的相应的技术支持。
2、甲方在验收过程中发现仪器本身质量问题，乙方无条件接受甲方换货或退货的要求。
第六条、双方责任
1、乙方必须按照甲方提供的产品型号、规格、数量供货并确保相符，否则甲方可按索赔或退货处理。
2、如甲方所提供的产品型号、规格或数量有错，责任由甲方承担。
第七条、不可抗力
甲乙双方任何一方由于台风、地震等不可抗力原因不能履行合同时，应及时向对方通报不能履行或不能完全履行的理由，以减轻可能给对方造成的损失，在取得有关机构证明后，允许延期履行、部分履行或不履行合同，并根据情况可部分或全部免予承担违约责任。
第八条、争议解决
1、 因货物的质量问题发生争议，由法律及有关规章规定的技术单位进行质量鉴定，双方无条件服从该鉴定的结论。
执行本合同发生纠纷，当事人双方应当及时协商解决，协商不成时，任何一方均可向合同签订地人民法院提起诉讼。

The Keysight 34972A Data Acquisition / Data Logger Switch Unit consists of a 3-slot mainframe with a built-in 6 ½ digit DMM and 8 different switch & control modules. This product features built-in LAN and USB interfaces so you can easily connect to a PC or laptop without needing to purchase additional IO cards or converter interfaces. The intuitive graphical Web interface offers easy remote control over the n e t w ork with per channel measurement configuration, data logging and data monitoring. With the 34972A, there is no c o mputer required for field applications. Use a USB flash drive to upload data logging configurations from BenchLink Data Logger into the 34972A and to transfer large data sets back to the c o mputer. Simply connect the USB stick to your PC when you return and easily import into a spreadsheet or other applications for data analysis.
