钢筋除锈机、钢管除锈机使用步骤（三步）：
第一步：接入电源（380v），安装漏电保护装置，打开电源开关运行2分钟看是否正常。
第二步：钢筋矫正。两个除锈装置单元的钢丝调整部分必须紧贴所要矫正的钢筋面。矫正过程中可预选一条比要除锈的钢筋小上3mm的钢筋来对进料口，两个除锈装置（钢丝刷）调整部分和出料口进行矫正。（例如除锈25的钢筋可用22的钢筋来矫正）。我厂出厂是以22圆钢作为基准矫正好的。客户可根据不同钢筋型号来调整除锈装置。调好锁紧螺母。
第三步：安全操作注意事项
1.检查钢丝刷的固定螺栓有无松动，传动部分润滑和封闭式防护罩及排尘设备等完好情况。
2。操作人员必须束紧袖口，带防尘口罩和防护眼罩。
3.严禁将弯钩成型的钢筋上机除锈。弯度过大的钢筋宜在基本调直后再除锈。
4.操作室应将钢筋放平，手握紧，侧身送料，严禁在除锈机正面站人。整根长钢筋除锈应有两人配合操作，互相呼应。
