机油泵噪声
Engine oil pump noise
（1）现象 柴油机运转时，机油泵装置处有噪声传出。
(1) when the diesel engine is running, the noise of the oil pump unit is transmitted.
（2）原因 机油泵主动齿和被动齿轮磨损过甚过间隙不当。

（3）检查与排除 机油泵如有噪声，应在柴油机运转到达正常温度后进行检查。用旋具头触在机油泵的附近，木柄贴在耳边，反复变换柴油机转速，。若听到特别异响并振动很大，就说明机油泵有噪声。若响声不大且均匀时，则属于正常。机油泵经长期使用，齿轮磨损过大，不但有噪声，同时从机油表的读数中可以观察出来，一般而言，这时机油压力表的读数偏低。
(3) check and remove the engine oil pump if there is noise, should be checked when the diesel engine runs to the normal temperature. With the screw head touching the oil pump near the oil pump, the wooden handle is attached to the ear, and the diesel engine speed is repeatedly changed. If the special noise is heard and the vibration is very large, the engine oil pump has noise. If the sound is not large and uniform, it is normal. Long term use of oil pump, gear wear is too large, not only noise, but also can be observed from the reading of oil meter. Generally speaking, the reading of oil pressure gauge is low.
