电线电缆耐火冲击试验机适用于GB/T19216（11-31）-2003《在火焰条件下，电缆或光缆线路的完整性试验》标准和GB/T19216-12-2008《在火焰条件下，电缆或光缆线路的完整性试验 第12部分 试验装置 火焰温度不低于830℃的供火并施加冲击》标准，用于耐火电缆或光缆、在火焰条件下，其耐火特性参数的获得和判定。也适用于IEC60331—1999；2002标准。

主要技术参数：
燃烧器：带型喷灯，其喷嘴长度为500mm，配有文丘里混合器；
燃烧器配有自动点火装置、火焰检测装置和温度校正装置

3.电缆试样由两个不锈钢环支撑，中间长度大约300mm，试验
支撑圆环内径为150mm，环截面直径为10±2mm；针对线径小于
10mm的线缆，增配3个不锈钢环支撑
4.试样架一端安装有一个夹子固定试样，另一端托架方便试样受热
后纵向延伸
三相变压器对样品施加电压：AC 100～1000V可调，试样短路击
穿电流2A
6.燃烧器喷灯的位置距燃烧箱底不少于200mm，并且距离箱壁不少
于300mm
7.燃烧器喷灯横轴距线缆试样下端为70±10mm，喷灯纵轴距线缆
垂直轴大约45mm
8.两个不锈钢铠装高温热电偶，检查火焰温度
9.控制方式：电脑软件控制
10.监控试验过程中的电流、电压、试验结果
11.试样短路、断路停止供火并切断电压，故障提示
12.安装电缆的测试梯架紧固在支撑钢底座上
14.冲击装置是一根直径为25±1mm ，长度为600±5mm的低碳钢圆
