XT-6R型全液压多工艺钻机

钻机适用范围 :

XT-6R多工艺钻机是一款适应于地质小口径勘探用途的中浅孔多功能钻机，既可以适用空气反循环（air reverse circulation drilling）快速取样钻探工艺又可以适用于金刚石绳索取心钻探( diamond wire-line coring drilling)工艺。钻机采用模块化设计，在基本机型基础上可以通过选配不同的执行模块实现多种钻探工艺的快速切换。创新设计的钻机动力头，采用机械和液压换挡，调速范围广，以适应多种钻探工艺需求。

XT-6R型钻机主要适用于固体矿产勘探；微型桩、抗滑桩施工；地源热泵孔、小水井等领.

Applications :

XT-6R drilling rig is a type of multi-purpose drilling rig of medium-shallow hole drilling for mineral exploration and geotechnical drilling. It not only is for RC core sampling drilling, but also for 

diamond wire-line core drilling. It adapts modular design, it can carry out multi-purpose by changing different modular top-drive head. Brand new designed top-drive head use mechanical and hydraulic together to shift speed, to make the head has wide speed range to suit for different 

drilling technology.

XT-6R is mainly used for solid mineral exploration, micro pile hole drilling, and slide-resistant pile construction; Geothermy hole drilling, and water well drilling as well.

钻机的主要特点 :

1. 一机多用，实现各种钻进工艺的快速切换；

2. 动力头调速范围广，扭矩大，满足不同工艺要求，高低速调速方便；

3. 操纵台布置合理，动力头转速数字显示，便于操控；

4. 液压系统采用负载传感控制系统，进口元器件，节约能源，可靠性高；

5. 桅杆可变角度，整体滑移，实现落地支撑，增强施钻的稳定性；

6. 主绞车选用美国进口绞车，能够实现随钻功能；

7. 履带装载移位便利，便于整体搬迁，快速就位。
