山都平热塑性硫化弹性体的二次注塑成型加工提示
在加入山都平热塑性硫化弹性体前后，需要完全清理机器中的所有PVC 或缩醛树脂。
如果可能，应首先对较硬材料注塑成型，以更容易实现截流。
针对基材设计截流，使合模压力能够在二次注塑界面上均匀分布。
不要在垂直壁上设计截流。
如果实现化学粘结，二次注塑材料收缩则将受基材限制。
确保基材能够承受注塑压力；或者足够厚，能够适应注塑压力。
成品零件的注塑加工应主要在硬基材上完成（第一次注塑）。
增加剪切速率比提高浇注模型的熔体温度更有效。
注塑速率应为10到50克/秒。
注塑时间范围从0.5 到2.5 秒，以便使剪切效果达到最佳。
山都平™热塑性硫化弹性体的吹塑成型提示
建议在71°C - 82°C（160°F - 180°F）下对所有山都平热塑性硫化弹性体，进行预干燥处理，对原料预干燥3 小时，对次料预干燥4 小时。
请为色母料使用聚丙烯或聚乙烯基载体。
建议对次料和原料使用定量混合。
尽可能保证一致的次料率。如果供料问题持续存在，请至少混入20% 原料。
挤出机/螺杆建议：
最低长径比为24:1
螺杆压缩比为2.5 到3.0:1
建议使用标准螺杆或屏障型螺杆。
使用混合头或混合段可以使挤出更均匀。
80 肖氏硬度A 及以上的硬度更易于吹塑成型。硬度低于55 肖氏硬度A 的山都平热塑性硫化弹性体难于吹塑成型。
模口建议：
如果可行，请使用会合式工艺装备而非分开式
压头设计需要提供背压以促进再接合。
对于牌号在80肖氏硬度A 及以下的山都平热塑性硫化弹性体，模口出口的型坯膨胀将少于或等于5%。
对于牌号在80肖氏硬度A 以上的山都平热塑性硫化弹性体，模口出口的型坯膨胀将在5% 到10% 之间。
对于顶部吹塑配置，请尽可能减少吹塑头（吹塑嘴）的气体泄漏，以防止出现工艺问题。山都平热塑性硫化弹性体在模口出口处将快速冷却。
较慢的闭合速度以及当模具靠近料胚时进一步降低速度可以尽量使部件表面上的分形线不明显，减少后期剪裁加工。出现严重问题的情况下可能需要修改分型线的几何形状。
