This is two 48,000 bottles/hour bottled water production line. The filling machine is a European brand of Blowing-Filling-Capping Combi-Block. We provide 2 lines of rear line packaging solutions and achieve high synergy Work statuswith the filling machine.  Including online detection, line balance conveyor system , case unpacker, high-speed case filler machine (40 boxes / minute), sealing machine, screw conveyor, high-altitude conveying, double-channel gantry palletizing machine.

此为2条48000瓶/小时的瓶装水生产线。灌装机为欧洲品牌的吹灌旋一体机，我们提供了2条线的后道整线包装解决方案，并实现了与灌装机高度协同地工作状态。包括了在线检测、线平衡输送系统（实现了包括灌装机、贴标机、装箱机、码垛机在内设备产品自动化出料和供给，各个设备的自动加速、减速的智能化控制，提升整线效率）、开箱机、高速装箱机（40箱/分钟）、封箱机、螺旋输送机、高空输送、双通道龙门码垛机。

包装方式：美式装箱包装   

功能：保护产品，便于运输；纸箱成本高。
