With large concentration ratio and forced circulation mode, it makes the feed liquid with the larger viscosity and crystalline flow and evaporates easily.
3.特殊设计经简单操作可实现切换,以适应不同产品的生产。
The switch can be achieved by the simple operation through the special design, in order to adapt to the production of different products.
4.蒸发温度可调,热量得到充分利用,料液受热温和,适用于高浓度及在蒸发过程,达到饱和而大量析出,此时料液的粘度较高,为防止加热管堵管,选用强制循环蒸发器,同时考虑获得较好的结晶质量,结晶器选用操作弹性较大的浓缩。
Because evaporation temperature is adjustable, heat can fully be utilized and feed liquid is moderately heated, which is applicable to a large amount of precipitation when it reaches up to the saturation at the high concentration and in the process of evaporation. Because the feed liquid is higher for its viscosity at this moment, the forced circulation evaporator is chosen in order to prevent the heating tube from being blocked. Meanwhile, the crystallizer with larger operating flexibility is chosen for concentration in consideration of acquiring the better crystallization quality.
5.蒸发器通过强制循环,在管内受热均匀,传热系数高,可防止“干壁” 现象。
By the forced circulation, the evaporator is evenly heated in the tube, and can be prevented from “Dry Wall” phenomenon due to the high heat transfer coefficient.
6.料液进入分离器分离,强化了分离效果,使整体设备具有较大的操作弹性。
