自卸式永磁除铁器的使用效果原理
　　当颗粒状物料经过自卸永磁除铁器的正下方时，混杂在物料中的铁磁性杂质大约0.1—0.36公斤被吸起，由于除铁器上的皮带不停的运转，当吸附在上面的铁磁性物料经过无磁区时，便被皮带上的铁件刮出，扔进集铁箱，从而达到连续自动除铁的目的。
