火炬能源有限责任公司(国营第四八一厂)创建于1944年1月，是中国船舶重工集团公司的全资子公司。是我国最早研制和生产铅酸蓄电池的生产商之一，是高新技术企业，是生产JUN用特种电池厂家之一，系中核集团合格供应商。公司主要从事牵引用、固定用、电动车用铅酸蓄电池及锂离子动力电池的开发设计与生产，现具有年生产600万KVAh各类铅酸蓄电池的能力。公司设有六个全资子公司，涵盖蓄电池制造设备，外壳，隔板，连接线，箱体等的生产与销售，为“火炬”电池的发展助力。
