图示为36000瓶/小时的PET热灌装生产线。灌装机为吹灌旋一体机，生产线包括：输送系统，倒瓶杀菌、喷淋隧道，采用耐磨加厚链板，通过自动化套标后的产品进入一片式纸板裹包式装箱机，装箱之后进入纸箱外裹膜机，通过滚珠输送带，进入（双提升单元）立柱式码垛机。
包装形式：纸箱+膜包
功能：纸箱外膜包进一步防止纸箱磨损，提升产品档次，防尘、防潮。
The picture shows a 36,000 bottles/hour PET hot filling production line. The filling machine is a Blowing-Filling-Capping Combi-Block. The production line includes: conveying system, inverted bottle sterilization, spray tunnel. After the automatic labeling, the product enters a one-piece cardboard wrap-around cartoning machine. After the packing, it enters the carton outer wrapping machine and enters the (double lifting unit) column type palletizing machine through the ball conveyor belt.
