1、 佩戴好装备后，要从左侧上车，左脚先踏入左侧车身，右脚跟进踏入右侧车身。这时身体前倾，同时双手握住方向盘上方，保持身体重心。不用担心体重会对卡丁车造成车架变形，因为它的车架由坚固的钢管所组成。

2、坐进座椅后，双腿伸直成自然弯曲，双脚踏入两边的踏板。左脚为刹车踏板，右脚为动力踏板。由于卡丁车非常低，所以坐进车内时动作一定要慢，如果太快可能会伤到后背。坐好后，赛道的工作人员会帮你系好安全带，如果你觉得安全带过松，可以要求工作人员帮你系紧。

3、其实卡丁车的转向比是1：1，且没有助力，所以握方向盘的佳位置是9点和3点位置。切记不要握别的位置，因为卡丁车赛道短且窄，弯道相对比较急，正确的握方向盘可以避免出现转向不足。
