丙烯酸防水涂料是采用国外先进的技术和原料，以纯丙烯酸聚合物乳液为基料，加入其他添加剂而制得的单组份水乳型防水涂料丙烯酸防水涂料

拉伸强度：MPa ≥1.0-1.5

断裂延伸率：≥300

低温柔性：-10℃与-20℃之间

不透水性：0.3MPa，0.5h  不透水

干燥时间：表干，H≤4

实干：H≤48

1、可湿面施工;

2、以水为分散介质，无毒、无味、不污染环境，属环保产品;

3、单组份，冷施工，可以用刷、滚、喷、刮等方式进行涂布;

4、具有良好的耐老化、延伸性、弹性、粘结性和成膜性;

5、防水层为封闭体系，整体防水效果好，特别适用于异型结构基层的施工;

1、适用于屋面、墙面、卫生间、地下室等非长期浸水环境下的、防渗工程;

2、特别适用于轻型薄壳结构的屋面防水工程，也可用做粘结剂或外墙装饰涂料。

工法I:基面→打底层→下涂层→上涂层，参考用量:2.1㎏/㎡

工法II:上涂层→中涂层→下涂层→打底层→基面，参考用量:3.0㎏/㎡

工法III:上涂层→中涂层→无纺布层→下涂层→打底层→基面，

参考用量:3.0㎏/㎡

1、基面处理:基面要求必须平整、牢固、干净、无明水、无渗漏，不平及裂缝处须先找平，渗漏处须先进行堵漏处理，阴阳角应做成圆弧角;

2、涂覆要领:

(1)用滚子或刷子涂覆，根据选定的工法，按照打底层→下涂层→无纺布→中涂层→上涂层的次序逐层完成;

(2)若涂料(尤其是打底料)涂覆时应随时搅拌均匀;

(3)涂覆要尽量均匀，不能局部沉积;

(4)各层之间的时间间隔以前一层涂膜干固不粘手为准;

(5)对于第三种工法，其下涂层、无纺布和中涂层必须连续施工;

(6)每层涂覆必须按规定用量取料，切不能过厚或过薄。 

1、不能在4℃以下或雨中施工，不要在特别潮湿又不通风的环境中施工，否则会影响成膜;

2、施工后，应认真检查整个工程的各个部分，特别是薄弱环节，发现问题，查明原因并及时修复。

1、本产品为非易燃易爆材料，可按一般货物运输。运输时应防止曝晒、受冻。环境温度不能低于0℃，否则应采取保温措施。

2、产品应储存在0℃以上的室内通风阴凉处;贮存温度不应低于5℃，切不可低于0℃。

3、本产品为非危险品，无毒、无味、不污染环境属环保产品，可安全运输;

4、自生产之日起，贮存期为12个月，超过贮存期应进行检验，结果符合标准仍可使用;

5、本产品包装为:1㎏/桶、5㎏/桶、15㎏/桶、30㎏/桶、50㎏/桶。

2. Main points of coating涂覆要领:

2. The product should be stored in the indoor ventilated and cool place above 0℃;Storage temperature should not be less than 5℃, must not be less than 0℃.

3. This product is non-hazardous, non-toxic, tasteless and non-polluting. It belongs to environmental protection product and can be transported safely.

4. From the date of production, the storage period is 12 months. After the storage period, inspection should be carried out.
