同时，中国海关总署更新，正式批准乌拉圭自2019年4月12日及以后生产的符合中国要求的冰鲜牛、羊肉产品输华。根据更新的牛肉工厂名单，乌拉圭此前已获批冷冻牛肉输华的23家工厂自2019年4月12日新增冰鲜带、去骨输华资质。值得注意的是， 245厂也在获准的冰鲜输华工厂之列。
