火焰复合机是用于把热塑性材料（比如：用聚酯、聚醚、聚乙烯制成的海绵或则其他具有粘性的薄膜以及纺织品、PVC薄膜、人造革、非机织织物或其他材料），经过快速火焰燃烧海绵表层后与其它材料进行复合而成。通过两组燃烧火排可实现三层材料同时一次性复合完成。粘合原理是通过线形气体燃烧器快速燃烧熔化海绵，海绵产生粘性薄膜，在压辊辊间海绵以及上部织物和衬布在通过胶合间隙时会粘合在一起。
火口可选用进口或国产品牌。
