不干胶复合机

用途：用于牛皮纸、离型纸、商标纸、广告纸、双面胶带、美纹纸、无纺布、BOPP、PE等胶带的上胶、挥放及PV、EVA、海绵、珍珠绵、布料等原材料不干胶自粘。

适用行业：服装、制鞋、箱包、手袋、灯饰、广告、包装、汽车内饰、装饰等行业。

特点：全制动张力控制、全自动温度控制，多种涂布头可供选择，收卷、放卷，可选挥旋臂式替换轴，大大缩短停机机率和时间。1、使用方便，即用即贴。

2、收放卷装置采用磁粉恒涨力的方式，以及整套设备配备自动纠偏装置，使得贴合好的材料均匀、平整、可靠、收卷整齐。

干胶定义：不干胶就是复合出的胶水是不干的，可以分开的。

组成部分：放料架、上胶、烘干、计米、收卷

一般是牛皮纸上胶，进烘箱烘干与海绵复合，复合后分开，胶就转移海绵上了。

上胶用二个辊筒挤压，使胶水均匀，用胶多少调节气缸，复合上胶全自动气压调节，气压一般0.4kg，上胶电机3kw，收卷电机1.5kw，有的不干胶复出来要收卷，有的不要，根据用户需要。
