1、墙体彩绘机在平常工作时，禁止用清洗液冲洗喷头。
2、墙体彩绘机在三天以上时间不用时，要用保湿液把喷头里面墨水冲干净。(用注射器冲洗喷头时力度要尽可能的小，不要用劲过猛，因为喷头里面有墨囊，力太大的话，会把墨囊冲坏，建议用10毫升的注射器。)
3、喷头在七天以上不用时，要用保湿液把喷头墨水冲洗干净(直到喷头里面没有残留墨水)，然后用保鲜膜密封，放到阴凉干燥处。
4、禁止清洗液冲洗及长期浸泡喷头，喷头不能整体浸泡在清洗液中。
5、关机封喷头注意：
(1)用无纺布拭擦喷头表面; (2)然后用保鲜膜把小车架整体封住; (3)保鲜膜包好以后，仔细检查有没有空气漏入喷头表面(如有空气漏入重新封喷头)。
6、建议不要在风大或者下雨的情况下施工，灰尘尽可能的少(因为灰尘对喷头/墨水/板路都有一定的损坏)。
7、小车轨道要定期的上缝纫机油，轨道要定期的清理;隔段时间要用酒精先把轨道擦干净，然后在上缝纫机油，避免长时间灰尘太多对轨道和滑块造成损坏。
8、墨水瓶里的墨水要注意密封。
9、 定期保养喷头，要用PE保鲜膜封喷头 。
10、不要频繁开、关机，以免对机器板路造成损伤。
11、做好车间防鼠措施。(老鼠有可能进入彩绘机各个运行部件，造成各部件短路。注意：鼠患导致的损坏不在保修范围。)
