LY2106系列芯片是针对LED应用设计的PFM控制模式的开关型DC/DC升压恒流芯片，通过外接电阻可使输出电流值恒定在0mA~ 500mA。
LY2106可以给一个、多个并联或多并两串LED恒流供电.由于内部集成了限压保护模块，使得芯片在短开负载或不接负载的情况下不会烧毁芯片和外围电路。
LY2106可以通过外部电阻调节输出2.5V~6.0V可调的稳定电压。
LY2106电路采用了高性能的参考电压电路结构，在实际的生产中引入修正技术，保证了输出电压的高输出精度及低温度漂移。

LY73XX
The LY73XX series is a set of three-terminal, low power, high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS ogy. The series features extremely low quiescent cur-technol-rent which is typically 4uμA. They high as 12V. The device provides large current with aallow input voltages as significantly small dropout voltage.
The LY73XX consists of a high-precision voltage refer- ence, an error correction circuit, and a current limnited output driver. They are available with several fixed out-put voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. CMOS technol-ogy ensures low dropout voltage and low current consumption. Although designed primarily as fixed volt-age regulators, these devices can be used with external components to generate variable voltages and currents.

LY76XX serieslow-dropoutlinear voltage regulators with a built-in voltage reference module, error correction module and phase compensation module. LY76XX series are based on the CMOS process and allow high voltage input with low quiescent current.
