SD8054是一款恒流/恒压充电模式单节锂离子电池线性充电器。ThinSOT封装与较少的外围器件，使SD8054成为携带式应用的佳选择。SD8054为适用USB电源进行了特别设计。由于集成MOSFET架构，芯片不需要外部检测电阻和隔离二极管。热反馈功能可对充电电流进行调节，以便在大功率大电流下工作或高环境温度条件下对芯片温度加以抑制。充电电压设定为4.2V，充电电流可通过一个外部电阻器来设定。当电压达到充电门限，且电流降至恒流充电设定值的1/10时，SD8054自动终止充电。当输入电压(适配器或USB 电源)被移除时，SD8054自动进入一个低静态电流的状态，将电池漏电流降至2μA以下。SD8054可进入关断模式，将电源电流降至25μA。SD8054的其他特点包括电流监测、欠压关断、自动再充电功能、充电结束指示和输入电源存在指示。
The LY73XX series is a set of three-terminal, low power, high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS ogy. The series features extremely low quiescent cur-technol-rent which is typically 4uμA. They high as 12V. The device provides large current with aallow input voltages as significantly small dropout voltage.
The LY73XX consists of a high-precision voltage refer- ence, an error correction circuit, and a current limnited output driver. They are available with several fixed out-put voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. CMOS technol-ogy ensures low dropout voltage and low current consumption. Although designed primarily as fixed volt-age regulators, these devices can be used with external components to generate variable voltages and currents.
