SD5252F是一款高性能的太阳能草坪灯升压控制芯片，适应于一节1.2V充电电池供电的太阳能草坪灯。主要功能有充电控制、升压驱动、光控等。太阳能草坪灯主要利用太阳能电池的能源来进行工作， 当白天太阳光照射在太阳能电池上，把光能转变成电能 存贮在蓄电池中，再由蓄电池在晚间为草坪灯的 LED （发光二极管）提供电源。其有安全、节能、方便、环保等优点。SD5252F采用绿色环保的TO-94封装以及少1个外围器件，可有效减小电路PCB布板空间。SD5252F可工作于-40°C到+85°C。

The LY73XX series is a set of three-terminal, low power, high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS ogy. The series features extremely low quiescent cur-technol-rent which is typically 4uμA. They high as 12V. The device provides large current with aallow input voltages as significantly small dropout voltage.
The LY73XX consists of a high-precision voltage refer- ence, an error correction circuit, and a current limnited output driver. They are available with several fixed out-put voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. CMOS technol-ogy ensures low dropout voltage and low current consumption. Although designed primarily as fixed volt-age regulators, these devices can be used with external components to generate variable voltages and currents.
