SD3303是采用PWM控制模式开关型DC-DC升压恒流驱动，用于驱动3W大功率白光LED。LED电流可通过外部反馈电阻调节500mA~1A输出，95mV的反馈电压可以有效减少外部电阻的损耗。固定1MHZ开关频率。使用较小的电感和陶介电容。输入电压：1.8－3.6V。LED电流可通过外部电阻设定。反馈电压95mV。具有2A NMOS开关管（100mΩ）在高负载下可提供高效率。通过DC直流电压加到FB端对LED亮度进行细调或PWM信号加到SHDN。LED功能效率达：90％。电流精度：±5％。低启动电压：0.9V（Iled＝270mA）.低维持电压：0.75V（LED电流＝200mA）。内部2AMOSFET开关。开路LED保护。过温保护，带过压保护可空载。

The LY73XX series is a set of three-terminal, low power, high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS ogy. The series features extremely low quiescent cur-technol-rent which is typically 4uμA. They high as 12V. The device provides large current with aallow input voltages as significantly small dropout voltage.
The LY73XX consists of a high-precision voltage refer- ence, an error correction circuit, and a current limnited output driver. They are available with several fixed out-put voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. CMOS technol-ogy ensures low dropout voltage and low current consumption. Although designed primarily as fixed volt-age regulators, these devices can be used with external components to generate variable voltages and currents.
