ME4084是一款耐压24V的单节锂离子电池恒压恒 流充电管理芯片,大充电电流可达600mA(SOT23-5)、1A(ESOP8)。由于线性充电器在输入和输山大压差情况 下会严重发热，其内部有热反馈电路可以对在充电过程 中对芯片温度加以控制,将充电电流调节到较低水平,以 适应相应的系统散热要求。采用的SOT23-5和ESOP8 封装形式，外加很少的外部原件，使其成为便携应用的 理想选择。 ME4084不需要电流检测电阳，也不需要外部隔离 二极管实现防倒灌应用。充电截止电压固定在4.2V,充 电电流可以外接电阳调节，当充电电流达到恒流电流的1/10时，ME4084将终止充电。 当输入电压(适配器或USB)被拿掉后，ME4084 进入睡眠模式。芯片内部自动关断充电通路，输入电压 变低。此时电池漏电流降低到2uA以下。当ME4084有 电源而电池拿掉时，芯片电流为降低至100uA，来降低 系统损耗。 ME4084还具有电池温度检测，输入欠压锁定，自 动再充电和两个充电指示引脚。

The LY73XX series is a set of three-terminal, low power, high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS ogy. The series features extremely low quiescent cur-technol-rent which is typically 4uμA. They high as 12V. The device provides large current with aallow input voltages as significantly small dropout voltage.
The LY73XX consists of a high-precision voltage refer- ence, an error correction circuit, and a current limnited output driver. They are available with several fixed out-put voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. CMOS technol-ogy ensures low dropout voltage and low current consumption. Although designed primarily as fixed volt-age regulators, these devices can be used with external components to generate variable voltages and currents.
