ME4213系列IC，是-款3/4/5节锂离子/理聚合物电池保护IC，可实现对3、4、5节电池的过充电、过放电、放电过电流、短路过电流以及充电过电流状态的检测和保护。内置电压检测器、短路检测器、基准电压源、振荡器、计数器、延时电路、逻辑电路等，通过级联功能可多颗级联使用于5节以上保护应用场合，信号输出端形态: COUT 引脚是P沟道漏极开路输出，DOUT引脚是CMOS输出。
The LY73XX series is a set of three-terminal, low power, high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS ogy. The series features extremely low quiescent cur-technol-rent which is typically 4uμA. They high as 12V. The device provides large current with aallow input voltages as significantly small dropout voltage.
The LY73XX consists of a high-precision voltage refer- ence, an error correction circuit, and a current limnited output driver. They are available with several fixed out-put voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. CMOS technol-ogy ensures low dropout voltage and low current consumption. Although designed primarily as fixed volt-age regulators, these devices can be used with external components to generate variable voltages and currents.
