ME2206-N是一款电流模控制的大功率升压型DC/DC LED驱动器。由于内置了低导通电阻的增强型N沟道功率MOSFET，因此适用于需要高效率、高输出电流的应用电路。另外，可通过在FB端子连接电流检测电阻(RseNsE)来限制输出电流。由于将电流检测电压(VsENSE)设定为100mV，因此可减少在RsENSE端产生的损耗。ME2206-N外围的输出电容使用陶瓷电容器。并且，采用了SOT23-6封装,可适用于高密度安装高精度高效率的应用。

The LY73XX series is a set of three-terminal, low power, high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS ogy. The series features extremely low quiescent cur-technol-rent which is typically 4uμA. They high as 12V. The device provides large current with aallow input voltages as significantly small dropout voltage.
The LY73XX consists of a high-precision voltage refer- ence, an error correction circuit, and a current limnited output driver. They are available with several fixed out-put voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. CMOS technol-ogy ensures low dropout voltage and low current consumption. Although designed primarily as fixed volt-age regulators, these devices can be used with external components to generate variable voltages and currents.
