ME321是一款轨到轨输入输出电压反馈运算放大器。输入共模范围和输出摆幅较大,低工作电源电压仅为2.1V,高电压可达 5.5V。工作环境温度范围-40℃~85℃。
ME321的静态电流仅为65uA,同时可以提供1MHz的单位增益带宽。输入失调电流仅为10pA,因此ME321可以广泛应用在积分器，光电二极管,压敏传感器等领域。轨到轨/0可以为系统工程师的设计提供极大的便利。低静态电流适合应用于电池驱动的低功耗系统环境。

The LY73XX series is a set of three-terminal, low power, high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS ogy. The series features extremely low quiescent cur-technol-rent which is typically 4uμA. They high as 12V. The device provides large current with aallow input voltages as significantly small dropout voltage.
The LY73XX consists of a high-precision voltage refer- ence, an error correction circuit, and a current limnited output driver. They are available with several fixed out-put voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. CMOS technol-ogy ensures low dropout voltage and low current consumption. Although designed primarily as fixed volt-age regulators, these devices can be used with external components to generate variable voltages and currents.
